Telionix Slow Juicer TSJ1615
Telionix Slow Juicer TSJ1615 is a premium masticating (cold-press) juicer designed to extract the maximum nutrient value from fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens. Unlike traditional high-speed centrifugal juicers, this model uses a slow-rotating screw (auger) to crush and squeeze produce rather than shredding it with blades.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Cold Press Technology: Operating at a low speed (usually between 45–80 RPM), it minimizes heat buildup and oxidation. This preserves the enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that are often destroyed by the high heat of fast juicers.
-
High Juice Yield: The slow masticating process is exceptionally efficient, leaving the discarded pulp very dry and ensuring you get more juice out of the same amount of produce.
-
Quiet Motor: Because it operates at lower speeds, it is significantly quieter than centrifugal models, making it ideal for early morning use without disturbing the household.
-
Leafy Green Specialist: While centrifugal juicers struggle with greens, the TSJ1615 is excellent for juicing celery, spinach, kale, and wheatgrass.
Design & Build
-
Wide Feed Chute: Often features a larger opening compared to older slow juicers, allowing you to insert larger chunks of fruit (like half an apple) to save on prep time.
-
Reverse Function: Includes a "Reverse" (REV) switch to clear jams if a piece of hard produce gets stuck, preventing the need to disassemble the machine mid-process.
-
Drip-Free Cap: The juice outlet usually features a smart cap that allows you to mix juices inside the chamber before releasing them and prevents mess on your countertop.

Important Usage Tips
-
Cut Hard Roots: While it has a wide chute, it is still a "Slow" juicer. For very hard vegetables like carrots or beets, cutting them into long, thin strips helps the auger grab them more easily.
-
Cleaning: It is much easier to clean if you rinse the parts under warm water immediately after juicing. Once the pulp dries on the fine mesh strainer, it becomes much harder to remove.
-
Alternating Produce: If you are juicing a mix of items, alternate between hard (apples/carrots) and soft (berries/citrus) to help the pulp move through the machine smoothly.
