RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY — BROTHER ELECTRONICS

1. Any product purchased from Brother Electronics can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of delivery.

2. IMPORTANT: A complete unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening your parcel. Claims will NOT be accepted without an unboxing video. The video must be continuous (uncut) and clearly show the sealed parcel being opened.

3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

4. For orders above Rs. 20,000, a 4–5% advance confirmation payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

6. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
