At Brother Electronics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, please follow our policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or variant (if available).

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend TCS / Leopards / PostEx for returns and keeping the tracking number.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will provide a full replacement or refund.
